- Record all cancellation feedback and issues in a constructive manner to improve customer service

- Work with project managers to achieve company goals
- Advise and provide feedback to senior management
- Monitor and report the work provided by contractors
- Submit reports concerning the organisation's activities
- Analyse processes undertaken on projects and report project outcomes
- Collect and analyse data
