Talent International are currently recruiting for an APS6 Level Senior Co-Design & Engagement Officer to work for an Australian Federal Government client based in Adelaide.

This position is a 12-month contract with the opportunity to be extended and is paying an hourly rate of $58.50 per hour + Super.

**Responsibilities** **may include but are not limited to**:

- Coordinating critical data analysis and feedback to measure effectiveness of activities and strategies, including identifying associated risks and trends.
- Contributing to the development, implementation and monitoring of targeted engagement strategies and align to the broader engagement strategy and frameworks, with branch and divisional business plans.
- Building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the Agency's participation in a diverse range of engagement activities and events, including stakeholder meetings, information sessions, forums, conferences and webinars.

Contributing to the implementation and operationalisation of a targeted, proactive engagement strategy, including a forward planned events calendar, aligned to the corporate plan, broader Agency Engagement Strategy and with branch and divisional business plans.

**Essential** **Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role in communication, engagement and co-design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build networks across a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to work in a complex environment
