**How you’ll make an impact**
- Lead the development, management and evolution of group sustainability strategy to support long term value creation for AMP’s stakeholders.
- Be an inspiring people leader and part of the Communications and Sustainability leadership team.
- Lead the design, delivery and assurances of external disclosures, including sustainability report, modern slavery statement and external benchmarks such as DJSI.
- Develop shared value opportunities, build strategic stakeholder relationships and chair cross-functional working groups (e.g. Climate Change, Human Rights & Modern Slavery, Reconciliation). Oversee the group’s human rights and modern slavery strategy, including actions and disclosures.
- Lead the group’s carbon offset initiatives, including oversight, budget management, reporting and periodic reviews to assess effectiveness.
- Establish effective Sustainability and ESG governance structures and engage senior executives and Boards to embed ESG considerations into strategy and risk management frameworks.
- Enhance organisational understanding and engagement with the group’s sustainability strategy through proactive internal communications and collaboration with the AMP Foundation.Lead development and integration of RAP commitments across the group.

**What you will bring to the team**
- Qualifications in fields of Environmental Studies, Sustainability Leadership, Sustainable Development, or a related discipline.
- Certifications in sustainability, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), or related areas would be well regarded.
- Ideally, at least 10 years of experience in the field of sustainability practices across areas of environmental, social, and governance aspects.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in sustainability initiatives with a broad knowledge base required to bring a strategic perspective and a proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations related to sustainability and corporate responsibility.Excellent project management skills, including budget oversight and financial efficiency.
