**About our Client**:

**The Opportunity**:
Are you a dynamic and experienced individual with a passion for retail management? Our owner client is seeking a Shopping Centre Retail Manager to join their team on a part-time basis, working 30 hours per week. You can spread these hours over 5, 4 or 3 days to suit your personal situation, meaning this would be great for a working parent need to do the school drop off and pick up. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and contribute to the success of our retail operations across a portfolio of 3 assets.

As Retail Manager, you will work alongside an experienced Centre Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of 3 retail properties. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for your customers, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring the overall success of the retail spaces under your supervision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to maximize foot traffic, tenant satisfaction, and overall revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the centre management team to ensure seamless integration of retail spaces within your designated properties.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure that retail spaces are presented attractively to customers.
- Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize cost-efficiency.
- Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and boost sales.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in shopping centre retail management, gained from working either owner or agency side
- Exceptional stakeholder and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Flexibility to work a 30-hour per week schedule
