**Your new company**
My client is a multinational manufacturing business with a sustained track record of success in their market sector. The business boasts over 3 decades of success locally as part of a rich global history spanning over 100 years.
**Your new role**
As Production Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating flow of materials in order to meet production schedules. This will include:
- Managing and releasing of purchase orders (POs)
- Coordinating daily production schedule
- Accountability for daily production KPIs such as DIFOT and schedule achievement
- Communicating with internal cross-functional stakeholders including warehouse, operations, materials/purchasing and engineering
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong SAP skills
- Production planning background within a manufacturing environment (automotive preferable)
- Technical qualifications in Engineering, Warehousing, Supply Chain or alternative relevant exposure preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you'll be liaising with employees at all level including senior management
