**Lending Operations Officer
- 8-month contract until 30 June 2025Melbourne CBD Location

**How will I help?**

**About the role:
**Documentation review**: Conduct full documentation reviews to assess the financial position of applicants.

**Process Adherence**: Adhere to audit and compliance requirements to prevent banks’ exposure to unacceptable risk

**Customer Support**:Provide great customer service to our brokers and customers, while communicating outcomes/recommendations to brokers.

**Communication**:Provide clear communication and updates to brokers throughout the process, ensuring transparency and a positive broker experience.

**What do I need?**
- Experience within banking or financial services (Banking, Insurance, Super etc)
- Prior experience in a detail orientated role
- Experience validating or processing documentation ( Eg, Loan Processing, Legal, Insurance Claims, financial services operations etc)
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Critical thinking and the ability to interpret information and make decisions.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own case load.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer literacy with ability to work with multiple systems with ease.
