This position is a **Casual Position starting with 4-10 hours per week with the potential for more hours.**

To be successful for this position you must have the following:

- Working With Children Check and Police Check
- NDIS Worker screening check & Training Modules Certificate
- First Aid & CPR
- Reliable and Insured Vehicle
- 100 points of ID (passport/birth certificate)
- **Minimum 6 months experience in Personal Care**

**Job Role**

As a disability and age care support worker, you will be required to assist clients in and out of their own homes with daily life activities such as _**personal care**_, medication management, meal management and domestic assistance.

You may also be required to provide support with some of the following:

- Transport
- Cleaning
- Social Support
- Mental Health Support
