Employment Options Inc Trading As Youth Options is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Manager to lead our Education and Wellbeing Services team. This position plays a critical role in overseeing the delivery of educational and support services to our young people.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic and operational leadership and direction to the team to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to support the educational and wellbeing needs of our clients
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of staff to ensure high quality service delivery
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance referrals and connections
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact
- Provide leadership and direction to the department to achieve organizational goals and objectives

**Qualifications**:

- Qualifications in Education, Management, Social Work, Youth Work or related fields
- Experience in a leadership role within the education or social services sector
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective programs and initiatives
- Knowledge of best practices in education and wellbeing services
