**The Opportunity**

Lotus People are thrilled to bring to the market this newly created opportunity within our fast-growing and highly regarded recruitment agency. Tripling in size in the last 18 months, we have met the demands of the market whilst building strong training, development, and progression strategies to support this growth and are now opening an office in Brisbane.

**The Role**

Reporting to our Brisbane Director, this is a billing position that currently has a focus on building out the branch with a focus on office support roles.

With huge progression opportunities in a business that is passionate about growth and development internally, this is an opportunity for an emotionally intelligent, values-based leader who is passionate about people's experiences.

**The Duties**
- Building and running a desk within office support in Brisbane
- Working closely with the director and group director to build a strategy for office support, Brisbane
- Hire and grow consultants and associate consultants in line with the strategy
- Work as part of the leadership team to contribute to the strategy of the overall business
- Leverage Lotus People’s market-leading tech stack to drive efficiencies and process improvements across the team
- Generate business for division and wider business through targeted, strategic and consistent business development and client acquisition initiatives and activities
- Work closely with our digital marketing manager to align strategy for the division with marketing efforts
- Negotiate commercial terms of business and act as the escalation point for consultants regarding client communications

**Experience**
- Experienced in agency recruitment and leadership
- Values-based and collaborative in their style
- Passionate about mentoring and developing staff
- Emotionally intelligent, self-aware and focussed on personal and professional growth
- Driven and goal-oriented
