THE COMPANY:
Our client is a creative, technology & innovation agency & they're looking for an AM to join them.

THE ROLE:
The role will see you work as part of a broader client service team where you’ll work closely on existing clients. The main responsibilities include the following:

- Manage your jobs from start to finish. Liaise with all stakeholders on projects & manage their expectations
- Handle the day to day responsibilities of a project - lead the production of campaigns across all mediums, from broadcast to digital, print to experiential, on time and in budget
- Write concise task briefs and de-briefs and contribute to the development of larger creative briefs & strategic decks, & project proposal decks (e.g.
- first drafts)
- Understand your client’s needs, & subsequently the reason for their briefs,
- debriefs & their feedback. Take this information to help mould & craft excellent creative work
- Ensure the workflow plan is being updated weekly & accurately, ensuring any changes are communicated back to the agency team & reflected in the project plan
- Liaise with your clients on a regular basis, make sure you know their business & competitive landscape
- Manage client POs, ensure timely billings, track & manage cost vs revenue each month, mange scope creep, alert the client to any overages or underages for both project & retainers, ensure jobs stay on track
- Proactively seek to grow revenue on your accounts by paying attention to your clients business

YOU:

- You will be able to deal with conflict or problems with diplomacy & tact
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to speak up in meetings & put your point of view across in a professional manner
- You will need to have excellent project management skills & be able to build strong relationships with your clients
- Be able to manage Account Execs & provide them with monthly check-in sessions
- You will have solid financial management skills
