**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Our HelpDesk team is growing If you are passionate about all things IT and want to provide your customers with a quality service, we would love to hear from you.
This opportunity is full time and will provide Level 1 and 2 support to our users. You will be exposed not only to staff but also board members, contractors and even our residents whilst surrounded by beautiful grounds and facilities. Working in our industry is meaningful and provides fulfilment.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Applications Support - assisting with investigation and resolution of issues
- IT Infrastructure - routine operational procedures; contributes to maintenance and installation and monitors performance
- Network Support - contributes to operation configuration of network components and assists with investigation and resolution of network issues
- Security Operations - responds, investigate and document.
- Incident Management - identify, register and categorise.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Working rights within Australia
- National Police Clearance less than 6 months old
- Current Influenza Statement
- Minimum three doses of Covid-19 vaccination
- Competent user of Microsoft suite of products, including Office 365
- Experience and knowledge of Exchange Server, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Administration
- Experience and knowledge of corporate grade networks - a thorough understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, DHCP
- Demonstrated experience and capability to investigate, research and develop solutions to issues and problems.
