**About Us**

Since our inception in 1996, we’ve been providing IoT solutions that help organisations with industrial fleets create safer, more productive, and more compliant workplaces.
We’re now looking for a **creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer** to bring our digital products to life and ensure seamless, intuitive experiences for our users.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design engaging user interfaces and user journeys for web, mobile, and SaaS platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful and functional designs.
- Create and maintain design systems, extending them to support white-label products for multiple OEMs.
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that scale across customer contexts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve experiences.
- Advocate for user needs while balancing business and technical requirements.

**Must Have**
- Proven experience as a **UI/UX Designer** with a strong portfolio.
- **Proficiency in Figma**.
- Experience in** user research**and** usability testing.**:

- Experience in building and maintaining **Design Systems** for SaaS and white-label products.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design, interaction design, and visual design principles.
- Ability to design responsive, accessible, and scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- **Bonus**: Experience designing interfaces for IoT or connected devices.
