About the role
We’re seeking a Reporting Analyst with a strong commercial mindset to join our team and play a key role in driving data-informed decisions. This role supports key growth business functions by delivering insightful analysis and reporting. As a Reporting Analyst, you’ll design and develop engaging dashboards and reports, promote data literacy across teams, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and performance optimisation.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and interactive dashboards for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Insights teams
- Analyse data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities to inform business strategy
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Support business teams in improving operational performance through targeted analysis
- Assist in project delivery and contribute to strategic data initiatives
- Promote a data-driven culture by improving data literacy across the organisation

**Skills and experience required**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field (e.g., Business, Data Analytics, Finance)
- Proven experience in an analytical role, preferably within insurance or financial services
- Industry experience in private health insurance is highly regarded
- Proficiency in Power BI or Qlik is essential
- Advanced Excel skills and solid experience with SQL for data querying
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret business needs and influence decision-making
