**About the Role**:
This position will be ensuring a premium, end to end customer service experience for customers offered at our Miele Experience Centres. This will include supporting our MECs, Outlets & Retail Partner Centres by being the point of contact for escalated customer queries (customer resolutions), order maintenance, service & delivery requirements.

This role will also be supporting Miele’s speed to market by managing new product introduction rollouts along with providing operational support to all centre locations.

Responsibilities will include:

- Support all Own Retail centres with immediate customer resolution action, while being able to maintain orders, book Service calls and coordinate delivery requirements
- Povide over the phone Service troubleshooting and bookings as required
- Manage the NPI process in collaboration with the store’s management team ensuring orders are keyed, DWR works are quoted and requested, price tickets are created along with any display maintenance needed
- Maintain orders as required by MEC & MPC staff ensuring customer deliveries are completed as required within stock availabilities
- Running regular reports for the Retail Operations Manager and Centre Managers
- Maintain and update QR codes as required for POS and ensure delivery to centres
- Ensure adequate stock levels of daily items e.g. folders, CC bags etc and ordering as required
- Creating and distributing specification sheets for Outlets
- Keying of stock transfers between Outlet locations to ensure even stock distribution
- Produce and provide generic price tickets for Outlet stores
- Maintain the Pricing Lists

- A customer focused mindset with a passion for excellent service delivery

- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and external clients/customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to strong systems proficiency in MS Office and other customer/stock databases
- A positive can do attitude who enjoys going above and beyond to provide a world class service to customers
