You will be a member of SLR’s Transport Advisory team working collaboratively with our environmental consultants on a range of interesting and multi-discipline projects across the APAC region.**

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Assisting with the preparation, production, and delivery of technical reporting.
- Undertaking research and basic analytical tasks including data entry to support client advice.
- Assisting with project administration and workflow management tasks.
- Preparing basic graphics and figures for reports and presentations.
- Supporting consultants manage projects including completing project setup tasks.
- Co-ordinating field inspection equipment and assisting with field work on occasion.
- Co-ordinating internal authorisation processes such as travel and sub-consultant payment.
- Supporting the Technical Discipline Manager oversee the team.
- Assisting with administrative cross over tasks such as document formatting.
**Skills and experience**
Ideally you should demonstrate experience working within a professional consulting environment and have ambition to keep progressing your career by challenging yourself as well as having:
- Desirably 1-2+ years’ experience ideally coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification. Applicants without tertiary qualifications will still be considered for the role.
- A detail focused mindset to complete tasks on time and on budget.
- Effective communication skills with colleagues and clients.
- Competency in project support tasks with an interest in project management.
- A proactive and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and aptitude with other technical and graphics software packages.
- Willingness to develop skills, capabilities and professional knowledge.
- Flexibility and creativity in approaching new tasks and learning.
