**About the role**:
The Materials Co-Ordinator is required to provide materials movements support to the site construction teams operation.

The role will be working closely with our warehouse team, co-ordinating incoming deliveries, recording goods receipts on our ERP system. You will be working closely with the materials controller, the logistics, procurement, QA and site teams, organizing and updating goods issues to fabrication shops & construction teams on the ERP system. There will be a significant amount of data entry / system usage in this role as well as day to day co-ordination and organising of movements in and out of refinery, laydown yards and offsite 3rd party storage locations.. The role is based full time at the Ampol refinery site in Lytton. The function of this role is to ensure the delivery of materials and equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner to support our Brisbane Projects Team

This role will report to the Warehouse manager.

**In this role, you will undertake the following duties**:

- Data entry (process receipts, issue, transfers) into our materials management tracking system
- Liase with the Engineering / Construction departments / Warehouse team on materials control functions.
- Ensure material is tagged, labelled / coded as required.
- Scanning and filing delivery /receipt paperwork.
- Ensure Kent Supply Chain processes are followed.
- Liase with 3rd party offsite storage vendors
- Working with the materials controller and site construction team on their MTO material allocation runs.
- Create delivery picking lists and follow through with warehouse team.
- Effectively communicate with internal customers to support the site delivery team.
- Organizing cycle counts when required.
