Job Title: Material Supply Coordinator

The role of Material Supply Coordinator is crucial to the manufacturing process, ensuring timely and accurate receipt, storage and supply of raw materials.

  • Unload, receive and store Inbound Raw Materials in a timely manner.
  • Inspect all materials on arrival for quantity accuracy and quality compliance with approved standards. Escalate any quality issues upon inbound receipt to minimize material supply disruptions.
  • Efficiently execute and complete receipt of goods in our enterprise resource planning system (ERP).
  • Cycle count raw materials as required for inventory accuracy.
  • Stage and replenish materials according to planned schedules for beverage line production areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness of daily work processes in adherence to company guidelines, good manufacturing practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) regulations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience operating a forklift, including Counter-Balance (CB) and High Reach (HR) operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
  • Proven track record in Inbound Receiving, unloading and putaway procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
