**Overview**:
We are looking for **Entry level**:

- **Support Workers** who are passionate about providing care in **aged care** and **NDIS settings**. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals starting their careers in the disability and aged care sectors. You will be trained and supported to perform personal care, domestic assistance, and community access tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with **personal care** tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support with **domestic assistance**, such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry.
- Help clients access the **community** by attending social activities, appointments, and outings.
- Provide mobility support and assist with the safe transfer of participants.
- Keep accurate documentation and records of the services provided.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability/Community Care)** or currently studying towards it.
- **NDIS Worker Screening Check** (or willingness to obtain).
- **First Aid** and **CPR Certification** (or willingness to obtain).
- **Working with Children Check** (if required for specific roles).
- Victorian Driving License & car Insurance
- Eligibility to work in Australia (valid **Visa** if applicable).
- Good communication skills and a caring attitude.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
