**Personal Care Assistant - Geelong (Whittington and Grovedale)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care to assist residents to maintain their independence
- Adhere to Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures
- Provide dignity related to activities of daily living and lifestyle according to their individual care plans
- Liase with Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Carers, General Practitioners, Allied Health professionals, residents and their families
- Deliver high quality clinical and personal care to residents

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- Qualified Personal Care Assistant with a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- Minimum 1 years experience in Aged Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to document on an IT platform individual resident's choices and needs
- Provide a current NDIS Worker Screen Check
- Both Influenza and Covid 19 vaccinations
