**Job Description**:
Due to the continued, strategic growth of our Perth Civil Infrastructure Team, we have as a fantastic opportunity for a Civil Designer at Senior level to join an international organisation, based in Perth. With a strong portfolio of projects in hand, as well as a significant project pipeline, this role will enable you to develop your career contributing to local and national projects.
Working across the wider highways, transport and civil infrastructure business, our team pursues a variety of projects from early planning through to detailed. In addition to providing technical engineering design input, primarily using 12d and AutoCAD, to deliver roads and highways projects, this role will offer you the opportunity to build your own career - Whether you are looking for a business development and client engagement focus, people management opportunity, or a technical specialism, a role with AECOM offers varied career pathways.
As a highly experienced designer in our team, you will be looked upon to guide and mentor our more junior team members thereby contributing to the continued growth and success of our team.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
10+ years’ experience in highways, transport and associated infrastructure design and drafting;
Comprehensive understanding of working in a design office and preparation of engineering design drawings;
Experience working on multidisciplinary projects;
Ability to independently determine and develop an approach to solutions for design/drafting problems of moderate to high complexity and/or scope;
The ability to work collaboratively. Establishing and managing effective working relationships with colleagues and clients;
Highly proficient understanding of one or more core CAD software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, Open Roads and 12d.)
Experience working with MainRoads/PTA Design Standards is desirable, but not essential
