We are a Salesforce Summit partner with specialist expertise in Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Tableau, Mulesoft, Marketing Cloud, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead MTX Salesforce implementations, providing both oversight and hands-on contributions to the design, development, and integration
- Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architecture.
- Design, develop and maintain a technical solution to support client’s business requirements and follows best practices.
- Perform code reviews for development team members to ensure proper coding standards.
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.
- Identify technical risks on your projects and help implement a mitigation plan.
- Think creatively to balance the demands of client needs with technical best. practices.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Agile methodologies to effectively lead development teams and project execution.
- Offer expertise in troubleshooting and issue resolution during various phases of the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and manage technical risks within projects, devising effective mitigation strategies.
- Exhibit creative problem-solving to harmonise client requirements with technical best practices.
- Additional responsibilities as required to support the overall success of the team and organisation.

**What You Will Bring**:

- 8+ years of experience of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback.
- 2+ years Omnistudio / Vlocity Experience (preferred).
- Experience in Public Sector Solutions Industries Clouds (preferred).
- Certifications: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omnistudio Developer (preferred).
- Experience in multiple web technologies including: XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX / JavaScript, Web Services/SOAP, SQL.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Experience with project automation technology: Jenkins, automated unit testing, Maven.
- Experience with post production support in Managed Services.
- Ability to travel, as needed.
- Preferred Location: Victoria, South Australia, or Queensland

Pay: $99,939.91 - $130,000.00 per year
