**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Migration Referral Specialist** to identify and connect with individuals seeking migration assistance and refer them to licensed migration agents. This role is perfect for someone with strong community connections and a passion for helping people navigate their migration journey.

**This is a commission-based role, meaning you earn for every successful referral.** The more clients you connect, the higher your earnings

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Identify and connect** with potential clients seeking migration assistance.
- **Educate** individuals on available migration pathways and refer them to licensed migration agents.
- **Build relationships** with community leaders, businesses, and networks to increase referrals.
- **Organise and attend events** to promote migration services.
- **Maintain client records** and ensure accurate documentation of referrals.
- **Support marketing efforts** through social media, outreach, and promotional activities.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in **client services, sales, recruitment, or community engagement**.
- Strong **communication and relationship-building** skills.
- Fluency in **Khmer is highly desirable**.
- Knowledge of **migration processes** (training provided).
- Ability to **connect with diverse communities** and provide a positive client experience.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
