These are **full-time**, **branch-based**role across **Monday to Friday**and we have availability at the below branches:

- **Parkmore Shopping Centre, Keysborough**:

- **Westfield Southland Shopping Centre, Cheltenham**:

- **Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre, Mulgrave**:

- **The Glen Shopping Centre, Glen Waverley**

As a **Personal Banker**with Westpac, you will be at the heart of our mission to help customers make the most of their money. This is a sales-based customer service role which will see you engage with customers both in-branch and over the phone - connecting them with the most suitable banking products to fulfil their current and future financial needs. You will drive sales through referrals to our specialists in Home Loans and Business Banking, as well as coach customers on our digital banking offering.

**What will I need?**
- Experience in a **customer-facing**/ **sales**environment is essential
- Banking experience is ideal, not essential - your **high-performer energy**and unique ability to gauge and nurture **strong customer relationships**will be key to driving your success in this role
- **Resilience**, **tenacity**, and an ability to **flex**- no two days and no two customers are ever the same
- Experience in working to meet or exceed **performance KPIs**/ targets whilst maintaining an uncompromising commitment to delivering an **exceptional customer service**:

- Comfortable when working with **numbers**and adept at navigating **multiple systems**
