**The Organisation**:

**The Role**:
The purpose of this role is to manage a team of planners across logistics, S&OP, Inventory and materials. You will report to the Operations Manager on the site.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Drive the supply chain function and implement policies, procedures and framework that aligns with the organisation strategy for the future.
- You will lead a team of a number of people with your role mentoring the team, delegating and leading the team from the front.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to be proactive to increase productivity and streamline the chain.
- Continuous improvement of supply chain process and projects that utilise best practice to manage, direct and maintain optimum inventory levels across the business.
- Perform ongoing evaluation of performance objectives.

**Essential**:

- Bachelor of Supply Chain, Business or similar area
- Minimum 7 years across Supply Chain or planning role in FMCG environment
- Desired working & leading a team in a food manufacturing business
- Excellent communication & strong problem-solving skills
- Highly experienced in Excel & SAP
- Ability to work and influence cross-functionally
