**Your new company**

Fantastic opportunity located in South Melbourne, you will be working in a great and caring environment, the company is well known in the construction industry providing their services all around Melbourne with a strong work ethic and a well-maintained customer relationship. You will need to schedule the technicians looking after the fire and mechanical service and make sure that everything runs smoothly, you will be based at the office working in a team of 70 people offering lot of support and a great team environment.
- Maintenance administration including working orders, quoting, induction management and file management
- Daily monitoring and updating of all maintenance requests and following up with staff and customers
- Raise and manage jobs in our software management system
- Attending meetings with customers to discuss ongoing maintenance cases

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills
- Service experience preferred by not essential
- Experience handling difficult and complex situations
- Excellent written, verbal and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office package
