We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercialisation Manager for Health & Medtech.

Working closely with the Head of Commercialisation Health & MedTech, the Commercialisation Manager will lead the creation, development, and delivery of internal and external commercialisation opportunities. This includes forming industry partnerships, engaging with researchers, licensing intellectual property, and creating new ventures.

Strong stakeholder management will be key, as the role requires developing strong relationships with commercial partners, investors, start-ups, and funders. This is an opportunity to shape impactful ventures in Health and MedTech, driving innovation and entrepreneurship at Swinburne.

**About You**
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

- Demonstrated experience in business engagement and relationship development credentials, with experience of the realities of setting-up and growing commercial businesses in the Heath and MedTech area
- Demonstrated ability to deliver intellectual property and/or research capability commercialisation initiatives through own actions
- Demonstrated experience in new venture transactions
- Leading by influence: proven ability to be persuasive and collaborative with a diverse range of stakeholders, including strong verbal and written communication skills and exemplary negotiation skills

**Qualifications**
Postgraduate qualifications and relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
