**About the role**:
The head of unit MFM leads the multidisciplinary team providing high quality care to patients with complex pregnancies; supervising and training junior medical staff, midwives and sonographers

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support the unit staff in providing inpatient and outpatient care for the full range of complex pregnancies,
- Collaborate with Head of Unit Obstetrics to optimize models of care and policies and procedures
- Training and supervising staff

**About you**:

- Experienced MFM clinician
- Previous leadership roles with excellent communication and teamwork
- Education or research experience

Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
