**The Role**

As the Human Resources Manager supporting our growth, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. Reporting to the COO, your responsibilities will encompass all areas of human resources and you will work closely with leaders across departments to ensure HR initiatives drive business success and enhance workforce performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
- Setting corporate policies and regulations, and implement measurement methodologies
- Managing Global recruitment, retention, and development programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensuring legal compliance with all Countries where Intimiti are expanding into.
- Managing Global employment benefit programs, payroll management and rewarding systems
- Initiate ESG (Environment, Sustainability, Government) standards and execution plans
- Overseeing performance management, compensation planning and measurements.
- Plan and executive corporate training, knowledge and business culture activities.
- Collaborating with external partners and agencies to meet business needs.
- A proven track record in HR management, including recruitment and talent development.
- Strong knowledge and interests of Global employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
