This Federal Government Organisation has a very flexible work arrangement with location options in the CBD, Airport, and working from home. They are responsible for providing services to the Aviation Industry. They are seeking a Change Coach to join their Strategy Execution team as part of the major implementation of the Organisations transformation programs. The department is looking for experts to join and be part of this exciting transformation.

**What you'll need to succeed**
***
You will need the following but not limited to:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area of practice
- Proven experience in an organisational and/or project change
- Previous experience in delivering/driving change communications would be advantageous
- Significant experience and understanding change management delivery and methodologies e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR model
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and negotiation skills
- Advanced written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and present complex reports and to facilitate organisational negotiations, meetings and workshops
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management experience
- Skills or personal coaching experience (formal or informal)

As this is a Federal Government position, Australian citizenship is mandatory, and all applicants must be willing and eligible to undergo and maintain an Australian Government security clearance to the appropriate level.
