**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on both commercial and residential properties, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality.
- Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion for both commercial and residential clients.
- Install, repair, and maintain building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components.
- Ensure all work is compliant with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering professional service and timely solutions.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used for all projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in both commercial and residential construction and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and construction processes across both sectors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
- White Card (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
