Armour Building requires a Handyman-experienced in maintenance and repairs to join our dynamic team. Must have experience of minimum 10 years. Long-term work. available. must be able to perform all aspects of maintenance with a vast knowledge of general maintenance and repairs This role is perfect for someone who takes immense pride in their work, strives for excellence in every project, and understands the significance of precision and quality.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Extensive background in Residential and Commercial carpentry.
- Building & maintenance experience
- Ability to network and develop new business
- Proven aptitude for leadership and team management.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members including apprentices and carpenters.
- Participation in planning and identifying training required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Possession of valid White Card, Asbestos
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Start ASAP

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
