**Work closely with our HR Coordinator to shape Sparro’s HR & employee experience**:
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of rapidly growing internal processes & recruitment team within the digital marketing industry, helping Sparro continue to build a best-in-class employee experience for a fun, diverse, and inclusive team.

The HR Administrator will work directly with the HR Coordinator and the People and Operations team. Providing support for general organisation tasks and end-to-end support to all employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
- RESPONSIBILITIES**Support the growing Sparro team**:
Assisting with all elements of the employee life-cycle from a HR perspective including:

- Undertake and assist with recruitment administration including advertising, scheduling interviews and liaising with applicants
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Managing and maintaining employee records, HR documents, and internal databases
- Answer employee queries about administrative HR concerns
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information
- Support the performance review process, including 360 feedback requests and scheduling
- Proactively recommend improvements to administrative systems and processes
- Assist the HR Coordinator with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
- Coordinate the roll-out of learning packages for new starters
- Work closely with the Business Operations Specialists to assist with operational tasks and duties
- Help to maintain the company website

- YOU**Strong organisation and interpersonal skills**:
**Skills**:

- 1+ years prior experience within a similar role or transferable skill set
- You’re not afraid to dive right in and solve challenges by rolling up your sleeves
- Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Growth mindset to continuously enhance and develop your skills to bring innovative approaches the Sparro experience
- You are an ambitious learner that takes pride in delivering work to a high standard, always seeking feedback for improvement and new ways of working
- Demonstrated drive and initiative, with a proactive approach to work and willingness to undertake tasks outside of core remit.
