**Reporting to the Sales Director, Pharmacy & Grocery, you will**:
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with Coles to achieve and exceed assigned sales, profit and share targets.
Manage the planning & execution of a promotional plan in line with brand and customer strategy, optimizing trade spend and partnering with customers on key strategic initiatives.
Lead the category review process to ensure improved visibility and availability of your product range and develop and track performance against an agreed Joint Business Plan.
Manage the planning & execution of a promotional & NPD plan in line with brand and customer strategy, optimizing trade spend, partnering with customers on key strategic initiatives.
Proactive ability to review sales performance and make recommendations & changes to improve sales and profitability that deliver against broader business objectives.
Manage forecasting to ensure accurate stock forecasts and delivery in full to customers.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, category, supply, finance and field teams to achieve sales & share growth.

**You will have**:
4+ years’ experience as a National Account Manager &/or National Account Executive within a mass retail environment, preferably with a background in FMCG and category management experience.
Ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders across the business to land key projects.
Strong presentation, negotiation and selling skills.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of P&L’s
Relevant degree in Business/Accounting or a related discipline
