As one of our highly valued **Lead Educators - Outside Hours Care**, you’ll support and guide children’s learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.

Our highly experienced and passionate educators are the foundation of our kindergarten. Their commitment to the Calamvale community is evident in that five of our team members have been employed at C&K Calamvale for over 10 years. The longevity of our educators enables and fosters close, working relationships amongst educators and with families. We have many returning families with younger siblings that request familiar educators as a trusting relationship has already been established.

**What you’ll bring**

Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:

- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
