Overview

Role: Senior Educator- Educational Leader • Employment Type: Full Time (38 hours per week) • Pay: $38.20- $39.35 per hour+ hourly EL allowance

Responsibilities and expectations are described below.

Responsibilities

- Lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence
- Collaborate withEducators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children
- Deepen the team/'s understanding of child development and early years content
- Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice

You’ll need

- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
- If you have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent, then we’d love to talk to you about which of our amazing opportunities would be the best fit for you.
