We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Document Controller to join our team based in Eagle Farm. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with an immediate start available.

In line with client requirements, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of all information, correspondence, and documentation and ensuring it is available in a timely and comprehensive manner to the project team. Day to day you will manage project registers and information systems involving project correspondence, designs, scope variations, quality inspections, and other project documentation.

Diona is engaged to provide design and construction services for Urban Utilities water infrastructure including trunk and reticulation water mains, reservoirs and facilities. Diona is the sole delivery partner in the northern region including Lockyer Valley, Somerset Council and Brisbane CBD.

- Proven experience in document control or similar roles.
- InEight Document (Teambinder) experience.
- Advanced proficiency in SharePoint.
- Ability to work proactively with mínimal direction.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
