**About The Role**
Ensure optimum product availability across stores to maximise retail sales of merchandise range plan. Act as a key interface for store inventory queries between retail, merchandise and DC.

**Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Execute timely and accurate allocation of the Merchandise Range Plan, using Subcategory rankings for analysis.
- Coordinate new store openings including the building of product assortment
- Review VM changes, window launches and new sales trends of lines to alter replenishment levels as required
- Create manual replenishment for items that are not on the RTM system due to stocktake or missed trade, and the ability to determine when necessary
- Create and collate information to use for allocation and replenishment, and identify issues or opportunities with ad hoc and focus store analysis
- Ensure all store queries are answered within the day by working with National Sales Manager, Regional team and Store Managers on inventory issues to achieve optimum levels
- Comply with Health & Safety Policies and Procedures

**Skills include, but are not limited to**:

- Experience with allocations
- Ability to analyse sales, inventory and data
- Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solver and thinks outside of the box
- Ability to adapt to change and changing environments
