Visy Recycling are looking for an experienced, hands-on Fleet Manager to join us in this full time, permanent position based in Dandenong.

**The Role**:
As the Victorian Fleet Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our transport and logistics fleet, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety. You'll manage a team of drivers and logistics staff while optimising fleet performance across the board. With safety as your top priority you will also be accountable for the financials, maintaining strict cost controls to budget, high service delivery outcomes and driver management. You will need to travel to other sites within Victoria.

**What You Will Do**:

- Meet service delivery levels / obligations for National & Key Account contracts
- Resolve customer / driver reported OHSE concerns with high priority
- Driver training where required in equipment and system usage
- Ensuring compliance with all Visy’s policies and legal obligations
- Manage performance to budgeted expectations

**What You Will Bring**:

- Solid experience in maintaining a heavy vehicle fleet across multiple sites
- A minimum of 5 years in leadership and experience managing a team
- Ability to manage processes in a medium to large organisation
- Demonstrated experience in report preparation and presentation to key stakeholders
- You are a clear and confident communicator who can positively influence outcomes to achieve outstanding results for all stakeholders
- Strong logistics/supply chain experience and understanding of the waste/recycling industry
- SAP experience and IT literate including Microsoft 365 suite
