StudyNet Pty Ltd is expanding team and we are looking for 5 full time positions to fill-up.

Indian backgrounds are preferred. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

**Position Purpose**:
The Education Counsellor helps international students to find a solution together by selecting the right course and institute that suits students’ profile, budget & limitations to ensure you reach your desired goal. Driving the achievement of customer service, satisfaction, retention, and customer success.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Design a tailored and effective study plan according to student's individual situation.
- Create and maintain accurate client information in the company's CRM system
- Other relevant student service duties

**Skills and experience**:

- Vocational or tertiary qualification
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Work proactively, have a sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand greater work pressures.
