**About the role**

In consultation with the Online Campus Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Structured Workplace Learning and Assessment (SWLA) model within online courses for UP Education nationally. The role ensures SWLA is run smoothly and efficiently, the support team is appropriately staffed, have accurate documentation and resources, and operate within the required business guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Industry Engagement**:

- Undertaking regular industry consultation; Networking between SOE and Industry leading workplaces; Developing partnerships
- **Operational**:

- Allocation of staff resourcing, recruitment and staff induction into SWLA Support team; Providing Professional Development Programs and ongoing training
- **Academic Outcomes** - Successful completion of SWLA support cases, completion rates and course graduations, meet delivery SLA's, resolving escalated student issues
- **Academic Quality Assurance of delivery** - Maintaining and updating Policy & Procedure and Quality Management Systems
- **Programme Enhancement / Continuous Improvement** - Ensuring currency of materials being delivered / content updates within course and relevant Marketing Materials; Identifying changes required & liaising with Program Manager / Quality and Delivery Lead

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110 including Units of Competency TAEASS502 and TAELLN411) or TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design and Development.
- Qualifications and experience in the field industries offered within the Portfolio can be advantageous to the role however relevant experience Delivering work placement in an online Blended delivery model is mandatory.
- A valid working with children’s check card (or ability to obtain upon or prior to commencement).
- Experience successfully managing teams and individuals using contemporary approaches (desirable)
- Experience in developing relationships with stakeholders and executing agreements (desirable)
