One of Australia’s leading **Federal Government Departments** is looking to engage a skilled and experienced **Executive Officer **to join their multidisciplinary team based**.** The successful **Executive Officer** **will provide strategic coordination and high level support, including managing a diverse range of critical issues, services and projects to support the achievemenrt of strategic operational goals. The successful **Executive Officer** **will secure a **11 month contract **with **extension options** with a **rewarding hour rate.**
The successful **Executive Officer** **will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Analysing and synthesizing information from a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Manage workflow through the groups office, including prociding advice on context, quality assurance and coordinating follow up
- Provide high level support to governance committees
- Make and communicte decisions using professional judgement in a complex enviroment
The successful **Executive Officer** **will have experience in the following:
- Preparing complex and/or sensitive correspondence, briefings and business plans
- Strong attention to detail and experience in managing quality assurance
- A high degree of initiative, integrity and discretion
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
