**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a school-based trainee extraordinaire to join our friendly team.
Our previous school-based trainee stayed with us after she left school and while she completed her university studies a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management and International Relations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Your primary duties and responsibilities will be providing administrative support to the Recruitment Team and Managing Director.

On-the-job training is provided by numerous professionals within our team.

Every day is different. Initially, your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining the database
- Scanning, filing and shredding documents
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Assisting with marketing
- Attending team meeting

As you grow in the role so will your duties and responsibilities.

Is a school-based trainee with a friendly disposition who is reliable, coachable and cooperative.

You may be interested in leaving school and working in an office administration position.
or
Going to college or university after school and seeking a long-term part-time interesting position which is alignment with your studies. E.g., human resource management, business, psychology or marketing.

Will be reliable and conscientious have high attention to detail and be well-spoken and well-groomed.

You will be a year 10 or 11 student who is currently studying at a Northern Gold Coast school and who is seeking a school-based traineeship in one or more of the following disciplines.
- Business
- Marketing
- Human Resource Management
- Information Digital Media and Technology

There is an opportunity to complete one or more certificates whilst working with us.
