As an Administration Officer holding a Quality Assurance and Work Health Safety portfolio, your primary responsibility is to oversee the smooth administrative operations of a site, supporting the Regional Administration Manager and Operations Manager in Quality Assurance, and work health and safety matters to ensure compliance with medical imaging practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Efficiently manage day-to-day administration activities at the designated site.
Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures within your area of responsibility.
Provide guidance and leadership to fellow medical imaging administration personnel.
Compile and submit WHS and QA documentation as directed.
Execute all clerical and reception duties at the practice diligently.
Participate in Quality audits and WHS assessments as instructed by the respective teams.
Communicate workplace protocols and instructions to team members as needed.
Handle a variety of routine administration tasks proficiently.
Identify and resolve challenges that arise within the WHS and Quality framework in a complex environment.
