**Technical Specialist**:
NSW - Tweed Heads Workers Compensation Full Time

We currently have multiple **Technical Specialist** opportunities to transition to our **NEW Tweed Heads **office, all with the continued flexibility options you currently enjoy

You will provide regular advice and coaching to Case Managers within our Corporate Claims team. You will also support the Team Leader and advise on adverse decisions relating to liability/work capacity / permanent impairment/weekly payment entitlements and communication of these decisions.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coach a team of Claims Advisors and support the delivery of a world class customer experience
- Assess all technical considerations of compensation payments and liability determination
- Work within the legislative and regulatory environment to optimise outcomes for all stakeholders
- Understand the impact of initial eligibility under legislation in regard to benefits for injured workers and impact to stakeholders

**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong technical experience in workers’ compensation claims
- Proven experience coaching & mentoring in the workers compensation industry
- You have previous experience working as a case manager or a technical specialist background
- Tertiary studies in Allied Health or Legislation is desirable
