**The Role**:
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising you will be responsible for growing and sustaining funds through individual giving and philanthropic opportunities. You will also manage to team to develop an innovative fundraising strategy through campaigns, programs, activities and events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategies to cultivate successful relationships with donors
- Oversee fundraising programs ie annual appeals, regular giving and one off campaigns
- Productively and positively engage with key internal and external stakeholders
- Effective management of direct reports, suppliers and volunteers within the department
- Mentor the Supporter Care team to ensure the highest standards of customer service are met

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience within a similar role
- Exceptional people management skills and the ability to uplift a team
- Ability to work collaboratively across a multi-disciplinary team
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
