**The Role**
The APS 6 Business Management Officer roles within the Joint Domain Centre (JDC) offer an excellent opportunity for business management professionals to rise to a new challenge that will give you the opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of Corporate Performance (CP) tasks.
- Management of workforce supply and demand data in the mandated systems;
- Workforce reporting across Joint Systems Division (JSD);
- Performance monitoring and guidance against governance policy and processes;
- Plan, manage and facilitate assurance and compliance activities across the Division;
- Development and maintenance of the JSD Risk Management Plan; and
- Maintenance of the JSD Business Continuity Plan.
These roles will give both successful applicants the chance to sink their teeth into a variety of activities that will provide excellent development opportunities, and push you to be trusted and respected experts in your field.

Joint Systems Division (JSD) is an exciting and complex environment to work in, offering a rewarding career in one of the most dynamic organisations within CASG. This opportunity within the headquarters of JSD, known as the Joint Domain Centre, will give you exposure to all JSD Branches and the broad range of projects and products we manage.

Familiarity with workforce management and/or governance and assurance tasks are essential for this role. Experience in MAPS and/or workforce planning will be highly regarded.
