**Do you have payroll expertise and are looking to support a team through growth and change?**

**About you**

We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge who remains calm, composed and supportive of others under pressure. With deadlines, enquiries and a variety of changes to incorporate, you’ll be skilled at prioritising while importantly being approachable and having a proactive, solution focused mindset that loves accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Our team is diverse, knowledgeable, kind and hard working so deserve the best leader to coach, guide, advocate when needed and create an environment that allows them to thrive. You’ll be flexible and have the ability to adapt to change on the go, with key experience that includes:

- Demonstrated ability to remain calm, composed and reliable under pressure
- Problem solving and the ability to manage multiple projects while adapting to change
- Leadership ability, even if you’ve not formally led a team but care about people and love helping them to learn and deliver, you’ll have good coaching skills and the ability to support others achieve positive outcomes
- Great communication and influencing skills at all levels, a pragmatic approach and ability to engage others and form strong relationships
- Strong system and platform experience ideally including Dayforce, Riteq, and Procura, along with an all-important love of excel
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
