This exciting Education Leadership opportunity has arisen at our purpose-built campus catering for up to 98 children daily in Caringbah.
There is some on street parking close to the campus and there are bus links from surrounding suburbs.
- With well resourced, age-appropriate indoor learning environments and two dedicated outdoor learning/ play spaces, children have many opportunities to develop holistically in this campus.
- At Only About Children, we are committed to nature play and sustainability. Our Caringbah campus has a beautifil roof top play area including vegetable gardens, sandpits and a mud kitchen.
- You will be joining a supportive and knowledgable leadership team, working in partnership with the CD and AD who have an excellent knowledge of the campus and a long tenure with OAC.

Education Leader role
We are hiring for a passionate senior Educator/ ECT to take on the role of Education Leader at OAC Caringbah.
We have decided to split the role of EL & AD and appoint someone to focus on Education Leadership and act as an advocate for pedagody and practice at this campus.
- Join our established leadership team
- Focus on quality area 1 - Mentoring the team on best practice in each age group, role modeling and demonstrating / suggesting new projects and learning experiences.
- Provide feedback and critically reflect on curriculum planning and delivery
- Work as a float, covering on the floor in all rooms to gain strong understanding of strengths and challenges in each room
- 1 day per week off the floor
