We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Officer to support the Major Residential Builders team. This role will require you to support our Builders Service Team in the NORTH / QLD support office. This exciting role based in the Customer Experience Team will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.
This is a 9-month fixed term contract position located in the Bunnings Support office in Mt Gravatt QLD.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day sales support of in-bound calls to the Customer Experience Team, whist ensuring the highest level of customer service in the network is maintained. You will have sound in-depth building / construction & supply chain knowledge and experience paired with excellent influence skills that enable the team to thrive while ensuring continuous success & development of our commercial strategies.
What's involved:
- Process Purchase Orders for our Clients- Providing quotes-
- Inventory checking- Contribute to a great team culture- Be the conduit between our customer service teams & order fulfilment sites- Build great strong relationships with all Internal stakeholders- Support accurate orders for our account management teams- Work with our CRM system stakeholders to ensure all interactions are delivered through this system to become one point for our customers- Listen & action customer feedback to improve overall customer service experience whilst supporting the relationship and retention of our customer base
You'll need:
- A genuine passion for customer service- Strong COS and CCRM experience- Electonic filing experience would be ideal- Strong Planning & organisational skills- Ability to prioritise & Manage time Effectively- Attention to detail- A proactive approach and willingness to learn- Excellent telephone manner- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, resilient with the ability to problem solve.
