**About the role**:

- Answer incoming calls via the switchboard and direct to appropriate parties
- Support travel management tasks including calendar invites, profiles and updating traveler details
- Perform data entry in CBRE software and portals
- Create and manage travel reporting
- Collaborate with departments and external suppliers and improve administrative processes.

**About you**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
